Alkami Technology Lists on the NASDAQ: ALKT

Alkami Technology, a Plano-headquartered provider of cloud-based digital banking solutions for banks and credit unions, successfully executed its initial public offering on April 14, 2021 — making it our very first IPO!

The IPO was also the first in several years of a Texas-grown software company, backed by a local VC. We are privileged to have been part of this decade-long journey – having led the Series A, B, and C rounds and participated in the Series E.

Congratulations to Mike Hansen, Gary Nelson, Stephen Bohanon, Bryan Hill, and the entire Alkami Technology team!
