We are thrilled to have had one of the largest exits in our firm’s history: Levelset’s acquisition for $500M by Procore (NYSE:PCOR) – the leader in construction management technology. Huge congrats to an amazing team, who continue to pursue their important mission to help small construction contractors get paid what they’re owed. We are also proud of OutboundEngine’s acquisition by Elm Street Technology, enabling their technology to reach even more real estate agents.
On the investment side, we led UpEquity’s $50M Series B and are excited to help them level the playing field for the average home buyer. We are also proud to co-lead BrainCheck’s recently announced $10M Series B, as they revolutionize the management of cognitive health.

This combination will further the company’s important mission to help small contractors get paid what they’re owed.
