Over the past 12+ years, we have invested in 40+ Texas-based start-ups across three sectors: Business Technology, Consumer Digital Experiences, and Healthcare Technology. With $500M+ under management, we lead Seed, Series A, and Series B investments with the capacity to follow-on for the life of a company. Since we are backed by a sole multi-billion dollar family, we are not distracted by fundraising, can focus our attention on our portfolio companies, and are unencumbered by many of the economic and timing constraints faced by traditional VC firms.

Investment Stages

We are with you all the way.

We make initial investments in Seed (priced/convertible), Series A, and Series B rounds — ranging from $250k to $10M. We often lead rounds, hold a board seat, and make follow-on investments for the life of a company. Additionally, our sole financial backer has co-invested $10M+ into the larger rounds of some of our growth-stage portfolio companies.
