About Will

Will joined S3 Ventures in 2025 and is currently an Associate with the firm, where he is responsible for evaluating potential investments and supporting portfolio companies.

Prior to joining S3, Will spent four years at Jefferies in New York City as part of the firm's technology investment banking practice. At Jefferies, Will worked on a broad range of M&A transactions and equity financings, supporting software, internet, and communication services clients.

Originally from Richmond, VA, Will holds a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, where he studied Finance and Management.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring all Austin has to offer.
